very nice sales man and cashiers delivery men OK when they eventually arrived. Appalling customer service by the Dudley manager when I called at 4pm when the sofa hadn't arrived told me I was wrong...

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback.
We are sorry that you are unhappy with the service you received from our Dudley store and as stated in the letter you received from our Operations Director the store manager is being spoken to.
Our delivery charge is a standard £39 (£45 for weekend delivery)within our normal delivery area regardless of the distance from the store.
Don't handle problems well still no reply to an email regarding a faulty la,p ongoing since oct 2012

Having checked your order it seems that your lamp has now been delivered to you.
The lamp you originally purchased was a discontinued item and, as such, we were unable to reorder it when we had issues with the original lamp.
