NO FLEXABILTY ON PRICE, SREVICE AVERAGE. SCORE IS GOOD BECAUSE WE LIKE FURNITURE
Very good range in store and personable staff when you needed advice and place an order. No hassling otherwise just an occasional "if you need any help I am just over there" comment as they passed us...

We are very sorry that you did not receive the high level of service both you and we expect from our stores.
We have looked into your order and the salesperson who originally took your order has had a change of role within the company and is no longer involved in sales which may explain why you were under the impression that he had left the company.
With regards to the drawers; our delivery from the manfacturer was delayed and believe that the store manager agreed a discount with you for the display model.
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you by the attempted delivery and hope you will accept our apologies for this.
As we are still waiting for our order, some five weeks at the moment and still not sure when its going to arrive, poor is the best rating we can give!
