We are sorry that you did not receive the high standard of service you expected from us.
Having checked your order the delay was caused by the sofa bed supplied by the manufacturer being faulty and needing to wait for them to send a replacement to us. Obviously, we would not have been happy to send you the original sofa bed knowing that it was not of a suitable standard.

The customer service was fine with rregards to keeping me informed, but the delivery service was disgraceful. I suggest they get rid of Yodel as they are letting them down unless I was just very...
