We're really sorry to hear about this. We didn't receive an email from you, unfortunately. After investigating your order, it looks as though the order was packed and dispatched on time and the courier attempted delivery, but now the item is on its way back to us.

We're really sorry to hear that an item arrived damaged. We try to take every care in packaging our glassware for delivery. It's a fine balance between using too much packaging and unnecessarily creating a strain on the environment and getting items delivered safely.

We're really sorry to hear about this. We've been working hard to sort this stock issue out as we have noticed a few problems regarding products being out of stock and not getting that information out to our customers. Hopefully, we'll see you again soon but with a much better experience!

We're so sorry about this, that is very poor and we will be sure to not let this happen again. We have actually now got a system in place where if some of the items you're looking to purchase are not in stock then you will be informed when you add them to your basket! We hope this provides a much better experience for future purchases.
