firstly i'd like to thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback, it's always very helpful for us to hear first hand from our customers. In order for us to properly trouble shoot i'd like to ask just one or two things if that's ok? When did the director removal take place? We will be certain to make enquiries if it is the case that the info we rely upon has not been updated. I can see that your credit rating has been updated since previously purchasing the report, but you're stating it should have been updated again?
