The telephone process for renewing insurance is far too long. Most of this process is taken up with trying to sell additional layers of insurance. A renewal form would be preferable.

Like to charge extra £50 for a change in policy, 4% for a credit card, takes far too long to deal with simple things.

I'm sorry you weren't happy with experience you had. We only charge 2.99% for the use of credit cards and any fees for adjustments are disclosed in your documents.
