Paid extra for gift wrapping but bracelet wasn't wrapped just came in the box supplied by links of London. Christmas card also included as part of this but was very bad quality

Links of London items do not accommodate additional wrapping, so the gift wrapping service only includes a greeting card.
Notwithstanding the above, we shall give you a full refund on the Gift Wrapping fee.
