An internet order placed on 18th May is not yet delivered in spite of at telephone call to chase up delivery made before the end of May. I was assured delivery would be during week beginning 1st June...

We're sorry to hear that you've had a bad experience with us this year. As stated in our delivery information, delivery during promotional times can be up to 20 working days. Unfortunately it seems that we have failed to communicate this to you. Thank you for your feedback, without it we cannot see the areas in which improvement is required.

Delivery driver (different to the usual excellent driver) was rude and uncooperative.
