We have bought a few items from clogau outlet shop at Cheshire oaks and have always had a friendly welcome and good service.We would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

Terrible experience
I never recived my item, paid £7 for next day delivery and after a week of not receiving it I cancelled my order

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear this.Customer feedback is extremely important to us and we thank you for taking the time to contact us and allowing us to respond.We can see our couriers were unable to make contact. 

The delivery address was subsequently updated with our couriers but unfortunately a re-delivery was attempted to the original address. 

We have taken this matter up with our couriers and been in touch with you separately.

 We hope you have now received your full refund including reimbursed postage costs and your Clogau gift voucher.

Arrived on time and well packaged, bought for my nieces 18th birthday, it obviously went down well as she showed it to her friends all evening at her party
