Arrived much later than had been advertised - some weeks after in fact, which was NOT a plus given that I am in the middle of moving house! A shame, as the service previously was very good.
I purchased Beatrix potter letters, which were lovely. They arrived when they said they would. Would definitely use Cliftons again, and would recommend the company to a friend.
