Thank you for your feedback on the product, but please note that you only purchased the Steens Richmond Pine 3 Door Top Box from us, Clever Clicker. If there are issues with the existing wardrobe, such as if you require more screws etc, we would recommend going back to the original retailer and they may be able to help you.

Catherine is right, sorry, my fault! The item I bought from you was excellent
It was advertised that delivery would be within 10 working days. We got a delivery day more than 3 weeks after order. I feel slightly mislead.

Thank you for your response. We can see on the system that the delivery was made on the 12th working day, rather than within the 10 working days, that we advertise. We are sorry for any disappointment or inconvenience this may have caused.
Thank you for your feedback and your comments as to the build of the bed. The Gami Hangun Cabin Bed comes with the cabin bed frame and stairs, cupboard, drawers, pull-out desk and bookshelf, so if you can have a helping pair of hands, this would be a great help.
The delivery drivers could not find the address, when I tried to give them directions they talked over me & ignored me., in the end I asked them to come to my old address and they followed me to me...

Great service when ordering. Haven't unpacked the bed yet as the room is being decorated. Driver a bit abrupt on delivery but cannot fault the service from clever clicker during the ordering
