I don't have any info on the purchase I made. No shipping info. Don't know if it's shipped or not. I emailed the contact name I had with Christy's a couple of days ago but haven't gotten a response.

Towels arrived in very nice and neatly packs, great job!
I called customer service several days ago, left a message and have yet to receive a return call.
I also sent an email to customer service this morning requesting an RA number - no response 12 hours...
