Fantastic service, received within 24h! Product exactly what I wanted.
The chimney cowl is perfect for my wood burner and I received it promptly, good service. My only fault would be the price of the postage, it was more than the chimney cowl.

Phoned to ask why cowl had not been delivered on several occasions and only answered once. Delivery was 5 days late. Delivery company also did not answer the phone
