Thank you for your comments. We have spoken to the supplier, Steens, with regards to your comments and they have recommended to double check all the fittings to ensure they are tight enough to see if this resolves the "wobble" issue. We hope this helps.

We appreciate your feedback, but we wish to advise that this issue is currently being looked into by our management team, and there is an ongoing investigation with the supplier, Steens, since you have stated that you feel that the bed is unsuitable. We wish to confirm that all completed orders receive a Feefo Feedback form, however, your order was not marked as complete as this service issue is currently unresolved.

That's all well and good but why has no-one contacted me to tell me this or update me and why do I still have a bed in my garage over 6 weeks after complainting, I want this matter resolved ASAP even if I have to relucatantly pay £40 for it to be collected as per the last email I got from your manager so please arrange this so I can get my refund,
