Hi Alice,
I am really sorry the bags were a little smaller than advertised. I believe my colleague has arranged a collection and refund of them now though. I am happy to talk through any unresolved issues you may have so please feel free to call me on 01494 8511 950. Best Regards Phil Stears, Director, Cater For You Ltd
Very good choice and excellent service. Fast delivery.

I could not use paypal and had to use my bank card. I don’t know whether you have sorted paypal out or not. I am not planning on ordering again soon so I don’t know whether your website is back in order or not.
