I'm sorry to hear that you received a poor experience with CarFinance247. We pride ourselves on offering the best customer service in our sector and we do take negative feedback / complaints very seriously.
I'll be passing this review onto our Sales Director who will talk to the individual sales person that you dealt with to get a further understanding of the issues you faced. You should have been made aware of the data check fee at point of sale. This fee covers our charges for credit searching and doing the relevant car checks (HPI) and dealer checks (Credit Safe) that we have to carry out.
A fee is normally charged by any broker offering his services. For example a mortgage broker will charge a fee for arranging a mortgage.
However, we apologise again and hope that you'll give us another chance in the future to re-build the trust that you initially had in our business.
