I have not received my order which was placed over 7 days ago. Very disappointing delivery service.

Sorry ! This was a indeed a long time and not the norm. We can see that your Order was delivered this morning, 9th Dec at 8.27am which was 5 working days in transit. We did despatch on the 2nd December by AN POST which meant there was no delay on our side. However we understand that all couriers are overwhelmed at the moment with the lead up to Christmas. There is not much we can do about this but to assure you that once the Christmas rush is over the things should go back to normal

Excellent service. I ordered my dehumidifier on a Friday and it was delivered the next day. The website is clear and concise. I wouldn't hesitate to order from CH Marine in the future.
