I apologise for this oversight and for the obvious disappointment caused. I have placed the agreed credit on your fishtec account. Please feel free to contact me should you wish to take up my offer on the Match Feeder Reel as an alternative.
I'm afraid that with the vast range of tackle that we offer, we will always have certain items that are out of stock. Every effort is made to keep our stock levels as high as possible, but 100% stocking levels is an impossiblity. I sincerely apologise for the delay, and I am pleased to see we were able to despatch the delayed fly line 9 days later.
I would like to say i've only just started using fishtec and have found that the service i have recieved up to now as been excellent any questions i had was answered straight away.
