Thank you so much for sharing your honest feedback with us - this is very much appreciated. We have tried to make the terms of the free trial subscription as clear as possible on the website ordering page, so I'm sorry that this was not the case. We will review and see if we can make this clearer.
Our intention is always for subscription customers to feel that they can cancel easily at any time, either directly themselves via their account dashboard, or via our customer service team, who are always very happy to help. Looking at your original email request I can see that it was understood to mean that you wanted to delay your next delivery, and as soon as your request was clarified, a cancellation was immediately offered and actioned (we don't have a 'pause' option, so we suggest cancelling and reactivating at a later date if desired). Please rest assured that our intentions are only ever to support and serve our customers as best we can, and we value your feedback to help us learn and improve.
