The snowbombing team did an excellent job with conveying information. I wish the cashless money could have been used more frequently, there were only a few times we actually got to use it.

Little frustrating at times.....
Very hard to get customer service to return phone calls or emails, particularly around the payment deadline time. Web site wasn't the friendliest either, particularly as I tried paying both mine and...
