Decent service but flawed website
Forgot my username and password, tried to use the "forgot password" system and still yet to receive email.

I'm sorry to hear you've been having some dificulty with our site.
I am going to send you a personal email to resolve this, I would also advise checking your Junk and Spam folder incase the reset email has fallen into these folders.
