Can't login for info
I can't login anymore. It just keeps resetting to login screen.

Fast, reliable service that's easy to use.
Games always arrive within a reasonable amount of time. Website it easy to navigate. Service is a bit pricey but worth it if you play a lot of games.

Lost in transit
A game was misplaced during post and i am unable to rent another game for 3 months due to their policy

After readiing your feedback I think you may have been mis-informed about our lost game policy. We certainly would not stop you being able to rent another game for three months.
