Waiting for games to be sent taking too long - pay for two games but lucky to get one.

We're sorry to hear of the waits you feel you've had recently. We review wait time on a daily basis to monitor the current wait of a game. We offer the wait time indicators to give an idea of the particular wait a customer might have for a game. These times are subject to change every 24 hours depending on the returns we get on each day. I can see the current games in your request list are both currently 6+ day wait games. We are starting to see these games returned and will do everything we can to get these out to you soon. Anytime you are left waiting you will be receiving payback points. These are allocated once your game is sent and will make up for anytime you've waited between games. ThanksBoomerang

Hello Since your feedback we're really happy to see you've had 2 games sent, returned and another 2 games sent out the next day. Also as stated previously your account was awarded payback points for the short wait you had between games. These points can be used for bonus game rentals, discounts from purchases or saved up for a free rental month. We will always award back anytime lost time during the wait for your next game.
