Great service
I'm a massive fan of boomerang recently the games your really wanting are harder to rent and more of a wait. Still love the customer service

If you are wanting new titles it can be hit or miss,you can wait 2weeks+
I’m on the top package and it’s great for games over one month old,not so good for new ones

We're sorry to hear to hear of the experience you've felt you've had using our service. We've reviewed your account and it appears to be in a cancelled status and not payments have been collected since March 2019. It looks as though the game was received back and a payment hasn't been taken since March. We've sent you a personal email to discuss this, but as of yet have not received a reply. So long as the Post Office does it's job, the turnaround is great.
Despite paying for the Priority 2 package I don't always get the game I want, this seems to be down to low stock and high demand....
