We are very sorry you have not enjoyed your stay and can assure you the management and the team work very hard to drive standards with the help of most of our owners who care about their plot, holiday home and the park generally. We have extensive winter works that sometimes have an impact on the general look at certain times especially when building works are taking place and the clearing of the wonderful lakes and inland waterways. I do hope you will return soon and see the improvements and investment that is being made. We are opening a new toilet and shower block at Easter for our camping fields We have a brilliant full entertainment program for the Children this season lead by Dizzy Duck We also have a full program of family entertainment in the evenings during the School Holidays We do have lots of stand pipes around the camp fields and have never had a problem with qeues.We also have various pitches that are suitable for different needs and I would be happy to recomend a suitable pitch for yourself should you decide to return This Easter week end entry to the park is free so please come along and enjoy a wonderful family bank Holiday let me know if you visit and I will be happy to show you around Visitor Centre Manager

I am sorry that we had experianced a maintainance issue with the showers and we do only open one toilet block in the low season.I do hope you will consider returning as we have recently opened a new toilet and shower block close to the Pods,also doubled the number of Pods available Visitor Centre Manager

I am sorry you were disappointed with your stay. The weather had been extremely wet and many parts of the country have experienced problems with severe weather. We have had parts of the park that had been affected but were able to keep a few pitches that were usable. We also have some super pitches that cost a little extra but have connections to mains water and waste a lot of campers choose these in the low season because of the large concrete bases.We do respond to all calls concerning maintenance so i apologise if the hot water in the showers was not working during your stay, I am happy to tell you that we are know opening a new toilet and shower block for our campers. I do hope you will return in July as we are opening a new toilet and shower block on our campfields and there is a fantastic entertainment program for children and families.
