Big Drop were quick to resolve an issue with some beers that had sediment in them. I didn't purchase from their website, but regardless of this they looked into it and sent me some replacements....

Love this beer!
Great beer, delivered in very secure and safe packaging (glass bottles). Delivery was prompt and on time. Oh and it tastes like proper beer even through its 0.5%
