False despatch notification

Thank you for taking the time to review us. Customer satisfaction is a priority for us at Big Drop. We had dispatched and passed the parcel to Yodel on the day we dispatched it. However, due to country wide shortages and processing issues on Yodel's end, there were delays in their notifications going to customers.
