Thank you for your comments which we take on board. It is always a problem when dealing with a 3rd party carrier. They are used so we can provide a quicker turnaround for our bed frames. Unfortunately on this occasion they have let us and you down. Please accept our apologies. Stephen

Great service from start to finish. Delivery driver contacted me just before delivery and delivered to my room of choice. Bigbrandbeds were good enough to do price match with me too. Had a call from...
I ordered online and requested a price match to another retailer ...not a problem so l duly ordered
