I am sorry we cannot supply a free returns service, however this is due to the FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY shipping service we provide for BabaBing! customers on all of our products. As for the returns service, please be advised we have never advertised on our site a free returns service. If you feel this is misleading, we do apologise and therefore we will look to improve the site further in the future to prevent any potential confusion.
Bababing service was excellent from start to finish. Great product and features. Well appreciated by my Wee Sister for her second child, though she still doesn't use it properly!! Baby brain?!!
I had a Bababing bag for my first baby - to be honest it was still in great condition and had lasted really well but I wanted to treat myself to a new one for my second! Quality and price are spot on...
