Loved the bag but the clips that keep it on pram broke within a month of using it shocking seems cheap ebay ones work better. Tried to email for a replacement never heard back

Hi, I am so sorry to read your recent review on your changing bag and the recent experience you had with a broken pushchair clip. Hi, I am very sorry to read your recent service review below. We pride ourselves on great customer service and I can only apologise for any inconvenience caused, however this late response is due to our customer service members of staff being vastly reduced due to the COVID issues we are suffering and hence customer response times have been increased due to such issues. In normal circumstance we respond to all customer queries/questions within a 24/48 hour window and I can only apologise for this.

Firstly, I sincerely apologise for our warehouse team sending you the incorrect colour RockOut Rocker. Unfortunately due to COVID we are running on skeleton staff which also includes the warehouse staff and with the unprecedented orders we are currently receiving, our staff are under some pressures in which to despatch customer orders on time. We would of course solved this situation quickly and efficiently should you have either contacted us via phone and email as we do pride ourselves on excellent customer service.
Bababing customer service has been great!
