Firstly we are pleased to hear that our HR support advice line is extremely useful to you however it would appear that there are other areas of our service which have caused frustration to you. Hi Richard,
Most of my query has now been resolved. The avensure team has been very helpful. However; I would still like more support with the Absence Management software. I would like to have a preview of the software and run through of how the system works as I have not been able to see it.

Good advise but not required on regular basis ' and therefore is quite expensive service.
Regular advisory informative newsletters or seminars for customers could be beneficial and add to the service.

Many thanks for taking the time to provide your review of our services. We are very pleased to hear that the quality of the advise you are receiving is to your satisfaction.
In terms of the newsletters, as an Avensure client you should be receiving our HR24 and Safety Signpost emails, is this the case? We also have a selection of online training courses available which you may or not be aware about.
Is it worth me arranging for somebody to give you a quick call to run through everything you have available to you as a client? It's important for us that you feel you are receiving value for money from our service on the whole.
