Very easy to understand, quick and no scanning of pay stubs, emailing bank statements etc... Very happy with the service, although the transfer of funds took slightly longer than I was hoping

Efficient and courteous
Very efficient and prompt , form initially seemed a lot of personal information to hand over but was obviously necessary as I acquired the loan in a short space of time.
