They seem quite efficient although they need to improve their phone line quality. It very much sounded like an annoying sales call from India, which nearly made me terminate the call

Quick, easy and friendly service. Although I got a few phone calls daily, even after I had booked n appointment with a loan broker. But nonetheless, they were great.

I found the process very long and drawn out especially in relation to the guarantor. Why were funds sent to guarantor who was NOT borrowing? What if the guarantor had decided to keep the loan instead...

We aim to complete the application as quickly and hassle free as possible however each lender may have further requirements before providing you with the funds. Once you and your guarantor have been approved, the funds are paid into your guarantor’s account by the lender. This is done to protect your guarantor against fraud and to make sure they are aware of what is going on.
