Able to return item without too much of a fuss. A real shame that sandals are too narrow for an average foot width.

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback on our products, we are really grateful for your comments. I am sorry to hear that you found the Masai too narrow, these have proven to be one of our highest rating sandals for comfort and fit so I am surprised to hear that you struggled with the width of them. As all our sandals are full leather we do advise that the sandals will give after the first few wears as the leather becomes softer with use, and the fit becomes more and more comfortable.
