The frame does what it says it does.
It allows you to slot different pictures in very easily. It would have been nice if there was a clear plastic window to it, but it isn't too important.

Super fast shipping and an excellent product.
I have ordered products from this company before, so I already knew what to expect, and they did not disappoint. The shipping was extremely fast as well. I’m definitely a repeat customer.

I bought a frame on 11/30 and was contacted 4 days later told they don't ship the item I had ordered and someone else does, but that someone else was all out of stock.... I should not have been able...

Hi, I really appreciate your feedback and I am really sorry you were unhappy with our service. I cannot see how you are able to give our product a one star review when you did not receive it. Just for clarity, you placed your order on 27th November at 19:33hrs GMT and your refund with an apology was issued next business day on 30th. You had managed to order a UK size picture frame for delivery to USA. We had sold out of the US size unit from our US warehouse and awaited more stock which has been delayed due to the virus. I only suggested another retailer as a gesture of goodwill as I pride myself on giving my best service to my customers. Again I apologise I was not able to assist you better on this occasion.
