Thank you very much for making us aware of the issue you faced with one of the shampoos. It is possible that the lid was defective so we would really appreciate if you could ship the product back to us to follow up with our supplier. In the meantime we have shipped a replacement shampoo to you at the correct address.

Customer service is excellent, enquiries are expertly managed and the products deliver the results they purport to - you really see and feel the difference! I’m a fan!
No communication as to when order was dispatched or when it was to be delivered.

Thank you for your review. We always send an email as soon as orders are dispatched with a tracking link. This was sent to you from info@annesemonin.com on the 30th November due to increased number of orders during our Black Friday event but I wonder if it perhaps ended in your spam folder? Please let us know.

Thank you for your reply. I definitely did not receive an email upon dispatch. Nor did appear in my spam folder which I check regularly. I wouldn't have left such a review if I had.

I received the wrong product - this can happen at any store, but Anne Semonin made a difference by reacting very quickly and they solved the problem to my great satisfaction.
