Girth took a while to arrive with no correspondence as to why, until I contacted them. No anser to the customer services phone when ringing to find out what was going on
Ordered back protector online after measuring my daughter.
It arrived in a timely fashion and the quality of the product is great.
The back protector is light weight and easy to wear.

Still waiting for delivery of xmas present having ordered and paid in early December and it is end January. Delay is due to supplier delays not their fault but despite that there has been literally...

First of all, we apologise for requesting feedback at the point of contact of order being placed and not on fulfilment of the order - this was a systems error.
Also, we apologise for the delay in fulling your order and keeping you updated. Our website does state in stock or available to order - we offer such a wide range of products that we would need an Amazon-sized warehouse to hold everything.
We do receive weekly shipments from this supplier.
Unfortunately, this supplier is experiencing serious supply difficulties with helmets that are manufactured overseas, and we are in regular contact for updates. This supplier is now experiencing delays with the production of traditional helmets made in their UK factory due to exceptional demand and not having the capacity to expand production.
