thank you for taking the time to rate the service you experienced when making your booking.
I'm pleased that our customer experience team were able to help you get a lovely break booked up when you called. Usually our documents are print at home so that you have immediate access to everything you need for your break and also to help keep the cost down for you.
For any guests that do not have a printer, we do offer a postal service for just £2.49. If this is something you would like to add to your booking, please give the team a call at least a week before your break starts on 0871 360 2367.

Fairly straight forward
Fairly straight forward, although slightly confusing as to weather any swimming would be included free of charge (I now know it is not)

Good!
Fairy quick and easy although I did prefer the old system and had some trouble finding were to book rather then the 'quick book' tab, there should be another!

as I was paying 13p a minute I would expect a quick answer once connected but had to wait 8 minuets to speak to someone and was put on hold for another 5 minuets for the hotel to answer but they...

We had the best time ever!
Booking was easy, I made an error on my on line booking and everything was easily resolved in one short phone call. Staff are lovely.
