The person I dealt with was efficient but on previous call I was given compleatly wrong price and information so when I rang back to book I was not able to book what I had been quoted

Fun packed for the kids
Booking service was excellent, service was slow in the poolside cafe. The evening resturant couldnt fit us in but after complaining a little they squeezed us in as we wouldnt have been able to eat...
