I would say that the process of making a reservation is very straightforward. However, making contact with someone via the 'Contact Us' facility is not so straightforward and needs refinement.

When first advised to re-book none of the dates were available as they had not been released however, upon re-trying a few weeks later all is now fine

I called to just because one of my children is 16 year old and I didn't know if there would be 3 beds in the room as she is classed as an adult we all need a separate bed
