Really well structured. There was a lot to get through but the pre course reading material and videos were helpful in preparing me for the course.

Chair based exercise course
The course was very informative through both practical and paper based instruction. Tha Teacher was informative and showed very good communication with us all.

Chair exercise for all
Great course. Liked the fact it was fully interactive, bringing realistic everyday examples to the course and discussing ways within which it could be adapted to different settings and abilities....
