The course was full of in depth knowledge , easy to access and affordable. It was written well and was easy to understand and progress through the course.

I will create a session with my colleagues around chair based exercise
The course was very informative and we learned a lot of the chair based exercises through repetition. I did think the course was a little bit too long but still enjoyed it.
