Appalling. Took this policy out by mistake and we are unable to get AgeCo to cancel even though we changed our minds within the cooling off period. We are considering taking this to the ombudsman.

It was hard work !!!!! When phoning up to take out insurance tried to register on website but it stated i had given the policy wrong (3) om occasions ended up having to get docs posted to me
