Poor customer service. Would not use this 3rd party company again. Much better service going directly with the company or using Get Your Guide. Booking details not clear at time of booking. ...

After the booking we went early to check in at the airport, luckily we did because something went wrong with the booking, but after a phone call everything was taking care of.
