We received this order on December 10th, and we shipped it on December 11th. I am sorry it took 2 weeks to arrive. Obviously we are dependent on the postal services. It was ordered with Air Mail as the shipping method.
We do offer International Signed For as an option, which is an improved version of Air Mail, with a tracking number. This can sometimes arrive a little faster, and it is normally possible to get some information from the web site of the postal services in the delivery country.
Courier services are of course quicker, but much more expensive. We do not offer these as standard, but will always arrange this if requested. It will cost more though.
