Very nice selection of interesting toys and gadgets.
I complained about the absolutely appalling postage charge, almost £5 for something that should have cost about 0.92p according to my own post office. In fairness, I did receive a phone call...

I am sorry but we will have to agree to disagree on this one. I did ring to try and explain that this is the cost of postage and packing and VAT.
As a VAT registered company, we have to charge VAT on postage and packing, which unfortunately adds to the cost.
Also we used a jiffy bag for this order, and a jiffy bag is a small packet as far as we are concerned, since it is over 5mm thick. The minimum charge from the Royal Mail for a small packet is £2.70, although we get a slight discount because we use a franking machine. The franking strip on the front of your package proves what we paid in actual postage, which was well over £2.
Add the cost of the jiffy bag, plus the wages of the person doing the packing, plus VAT on top of that, and I hope you can see how we could not possibly charge you 90p without making a huge loss. We try and keep our prices for the items in the toy shop down, which means that we have to charge a proper price for p&p, i.e. cover our costs.
