Products were sent quickly were very well packaged.
One thing that does affect the magnets is if there is any metal in the table. Initially we tried the inverter magnet on a table that had a metal frame, and there were certain positions on the table, when the magnet was above the metal frame, where it worked less well. Also the table does need to be smooth. If there is any roughness, then there is a tendency for the magnets to jump and end up in contact. The magnets we demonstrated in the video are identical to the ones we send out, so the effect should be the same.

Well no, we do not test the magnets before sending them out. We do not have those kind of facilities. I just know that all the magnets came from the same factory,indeed were the same batch as far as I am aware. We tested a few of the inverter magnets, and we did not notice any differences between them in terms of performance.
The factory has unfortunately now been taken over (hence the magnets are out of stock at the moment) and there is now an issue obtaining the large magnets, which are 20 x 3mm. We may move to supplying 2 20x6mm magnets, rather than 4 20x3mm magnets, although this is a separate issue from your problem with the peripheral magnets.
I can send you a replacement when the new stock arrives, if you think that might help?

For this device to work there must be the correct balance of strength between the central magnet and the six peripheral magnets. In my case I suspect that the peripheral magnets are weaker than optimum. That there is a variation in strength of these magnets is demonstrated by the fact that in only one of the six stable positions would the test magnet jump. I know that these kind of magnets can be weakened by heat, for example. You say that shipped magnets are identical to the ones demonstrated. Do you test the strength of the shipped magnets? To what accuracy?
