I would normally put good for this company, but I ordered 2 of the same items & they only sent one. Though as soon as I phoned I had the other within 2 days, so that was pretty good service.

Good packaging. Could have been cheaper postage cost

You placed your order on November 26th, and we were unfortunately out of stock of the Reversing Goggles. New stock arrived the following week, and we shipped your order on December 4th.
You specified surface mail as the shipping method, but surface mail can take 6 weeks to reach the USA. So, as you specified that this was a Christmas gift, we upgraded your shipping to International Standard (formerly known as Air Mail) at our expense.
This should have reached you by now - the official last date for shipping items to the USA to get there by Christmas was December 12th. But the US customs do examine all inbound packages very carefully, partly for tax reasons and partly for security reasons, and this can delay things.
Please be patient. I hope that your package will arrive soon. We are not able to report packages as missing until a month has passed, so if you have not received the item by January 5th, please let us know, and we will send a replacement.
