Expensive and not flexible
Too expensive and has to cancel my contract completely and vacate the storage unit to be able to remove the additional insurance ! Ridiculous

Thank you for taking the time to review. I am afraid we are completely at a loss to understand why you have said what you have said. We INCLUDE insurance in the price of storage. The small unit you rented came with a £1000 insurance cover. We require all customers to have the right amount of cover to cover the value of the goods in storage. This protects you the customer and we can never advise a customer to be underinsured...that would not be sensible. You put the value of goods going into storage as significantly higher and so you were charged as per the storage agreement for the additional insurance, which came to 96 pence per day! I cannot see what we have done to warrant a 2 star review when we have provided you with 24/7 storage with insurance and provided you with the additional insurance you needed based on the value of what you put into storage. ALL storage companies quite rightly insist that customers have the correct insurance in place. We are no different. If you had an issue with that it is a real shame you did not revert to us at the time so we could have sorted this out then. We feel strongly that all we have done is to provide you with 24/7 storage with the correct level of insurance for your needs.

Your service once contact is established is great! Quick to start up and access is almost immediate. Instructions are also very clear.
The downside:
1. The 0800 call center - does not answer phones...
