Hi Sunil, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are sorry to hear that you did not have the best experience with Rosetone. We understand that you were dissatisfied with the price of your hire as well as us having to outsource some of the chairs. When you first contacted Rosetone on the 20th February 2019, we checked the stock for you over the phone for you and you were informed that we were short on stock for the Ghost Chiavari Chairs for Hire; this was due to our stock being pre-booked for other customer's hires. As Rosetone endeavour to make every event possible, we explained that you would need to pay an additional charge should we be able to source the chairs in for you, this was confirmed with you at first contact point. Once we had arranged a cross-hire for you, you were sent a quote with this clearly stated. We are sorry if you feel as though you were not made aware of this over the phone and we can only apologise, however, we do always try to make customers aware at the first point of contact to avoid disappointment and confusion. We did enjoy working with you throughout your event and we do hope to work with you again in the future.
